As soon as you have booked your dream honeymoon with Travology Travel. We will do this automatically on your instruction.
Normally just before your honeymoon, but you can choose a date when setting up your profile and can keep it running up until the date of your choice.Â
You will receive a QR code, link and a personalised honeymoon wish Ecard that can be printed or emailed to your guests with your save the dates or invitations.
We will arrange a refund back to you for any contributions received after the balance has been paid.
No, we will keep the funds safe ready to transfer on to your honeymoon when booked.
Long haul honeymoons can usually be booked 11 months in advance, with the exception of some USA destinations that offer advance fares often 2 years in advance. Europe honeymoons vary depending on the airline, we will discuss this with you when you first get in touch and we can advise when your dream destination is available to book.
If you don’t book your honeymoon with Travology Travel for any reason and you have received contributions, there will be an administration charge of £40 to arrange a refund of your contributions.Â
If you have your honeymoon booked your contributions will automatically be applied to your honeymoon booking, your honeymoon balance is due approx. 8-12 weeks before your travel date (this varies depending on what honeymoon you choose), so please bear in mind if you don’t have enough contributions to cover your balance this will need to be paid, any contributions after the balance has been paid will be refunded back to you. If your honeymoon isn’t booked yet but you want to start receiving contributions you can, and any contributions can then be used towards the deposit & balance of your honeymoon when your honeymoon is ready to book with us.
No, the honeymoon trust service can only be used for honeymoons booked through Travology Travel.Â
