Set up in 2020 by Travel Virtuoso Lucy Clarke who started her career on the high street in 1998 and has built extensive experience within the travel industry, Travology Travel was created with a clear vision: to give homeworkers the opportunity to truly build their own business while retaining full ownership of their client base.

When it comes to how much you can earn, there really is no limit. For every holiday you sell, the tour operator will include a commission in order for you to make a profit which is split between you the travel planner and us. The more holidays you book the more money you make, remember everyone loves holidays so your customer potential is huge and you have no limit to how much money you can earn. Frequently Asked Questions

When booking any travel arrangements, your customers are always 100% financially protected. All travel companies have different types of protection, from bonding to trust accounts. We are an Accredited member of Protected Trust Services, who are also FCA registered. All our customers funds are held in an independent trust account and guarantee 100% financial protection for our customers. All customers funds are still protected once we pay our suppliers with supplier failure insurance, so if any of our suppliers were to cease trading the money is always protected.

When joining Travology Travel, there are no minimum working hour it’s entirely up to you when and where you work. As long as you are taking care of your customers and delivering excellent service, you have the flexibility to manage your own time. It’s worth remembering that the more time and effort you put in, the more you’ll get out.

That said, if you currently have a full-time job, we would need to consider whether you can consistently provide the high level of service our customers expect. If you are an experienced agent and want to take care of your admin this can be discussed on an individual basis.

After the initial payment of deposit, all admin such as confirmations, balance reminders and travel documents are dealt with via our central hub to ensure a smooth and effortless process for your customers. In order to offer an exceptional personal service all travel planners are the point of contact for their customer and will take care of all amendments, additional sales and any support the customer needs along the way to ensure the perfect booking journey. 

The set up process depends on your joining option but we can usually have you up and running within 1-2 weeks. 

You will need your own laptop or PC with broadband connection. We will provide you with cloud based system access.

Commission is paid directly in to your bank and is made the end of the month before travel. 

We allow experienced agents to use their own brand, however bear in mind you won’t be able to use the Travology Travel branded marketing materials or social media images. 

You will have access to all the amazing suppliers events,  as well as our yearly conference and our lunch & learn events.
