My travel experience? 17 fantastic years in travel PR and marketing. This included advising 15 tourist offices, 7 hotel chains, 4 tourist attractions, 5 tour operators, 3 ski tour operators, 2 travel trade organisations, a ferry operator and an airline. Luckily not all at the same time. Phew!

I’ve lived in the USA and France and worked ski seasons in France and Switzerland, so my love of travel runs deep. My exotic travel destinations have included Dubai (about 25 times!), Australia, Bali, French Polynesia, Hong Kong, Namibia, South Africa, New Zealand and Turkey.

European adventures? Think Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands, Italy, Finland (Lapland at Christmas, of course), France & Corsica, Germany, Greece, Malta, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland… plus a few cruises.

On my bucket list? Powder skiing in Canada, seeing a Take That concert in Las Vegas, gawping at the Northern Lights … ooh and keeping warm in an ice hotel.
