About Alison
I have always been fascinated by different countries and cultures, with my passion for travel sparked at an early age through regular family holidays to Croatia and the Greek Islands. I studied Spanish and Portuguese at university and have since lived and worked in Spain and Australia, while travelling extensively throughout Europe, the Far East, the Caribbean and India.

Prior to realising my dream of helping others plan their travels, I worked within event management and professional services at Cambridge University, where I had the opportunity to work with people from all over the world.

Alongside my previous customer-facing roles, I also developed a strong interest in wellbeing, relaxation and restorative travel experiences, having previously owned a complementary therapies business. For me, combining a beautiful destination with time to truly relax is the perfect way to experience another country and create lasting memories.

I firmly believe that travel broadens the mind and enriches our wellbeing. The experiences we share, the memories we create and the moments that take us away from our busy routines are the ones that remain with us for life.

My goal is to help create holidays that feel personal, meaningful and unforgettable - experiences that stay with you long after you return home.

About Mel
I have always loved researching and planning trips, from relaxing beach escapes to exciting city breaks and special celebrations with family and friends. I enjoy helping people find holidays that suit their personalities, interests and budget.

Having owned my own bridal shop for eight years, I loved nothing more than hearing about a bride’s plans for her wedding day and, of course, her honeymoon. Being part of such an exciting chapter in people’s lives gave me a real passion for helping create memorable experiences that people will treasure forever.

Working in the bridal industry gave me strong organisational and people skills, and a real understanding of the importance of excellent customer service, attention to detail and making each client feel genuinely listened to and supported throughout the bridal journey. This inspired me to move into the travel industry and help organise people’s dream holidays.

I pride myself on being approachable, friendly and genuinely excited about helping clients create amazing experiences and memories, whether that’s a relaxing walking holiday in the Lake District with your dogs, a luxury honeymoon, or a bucket list adventure around the world.
