How we protect you
With 27 years of experience in the travel industry, we ensure your peace of mind. When you book with Travology Travel, your travel arrangements are always 100% financially protected.
It's essential to ensure that any travel company you book with offers full financial protection and complies with UK Package Travel Regulations—whether you're booking a UK staycation or an international getaway. Different companies offer different types of protection, such as bonding schemes or trust accounts, so always check how your money is safeguarded.
How is your money protected
We are an accredited member of Protected Trust Services (PTS), who are also registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). All customer funds are held in an independent trust account, completely separate from our business operations, ensuring 100% financial protection.
Even after we pay our suppliers, your money remains protected through supplier failure insurance. This means that in the unlikely event a supplier ceases trading, your funds are still fully safeguarded—giving you complete confidence and peace of mind when booking with us.
Your ATOL protection
All of our package holidays that include international flights from the UK are booked through fully ATOL-bonded suppliers, giving you the peace of mind that comes with full ATOL protection.
Ground-based holidays that do not include flights—such as those involving rail or ferry travel—are not required to be ATOL protected. However, these arrangements are still covered by our financial protection through Protected Trust Services.
If you’re unsure about the level of protection for your booking, please don’t hesitate to ask—we’re happy to clarify.

Package Travel Regulations
The Package Travel Regulations are designed to protect your money in the event of a travel company's insolvency.
The regulations were updated on 1st July 2018 to strengthen consumer rights and ensure greater financial protection for travellers.
