When booking with Travology Travel your travel arrangements are always 100% financially protected.
You need to make sure that when booking travel arrangements with any travel company that you are fully protected, and your travel company is fully compliant with the UK package travel regulations for both UK and international travel. Companies can have different types of protection, from bonding to trust accounts.
How is your money protected
We are an Accredited member of Protected Trust Services, who are also FCA registered. All our customers funds are held in an independent trust account, separately to us and guarantee 100% financial protection for our customers. All customers funds are still protected once we pay our suppliers with supplier failure insurance, so if any of our suppliers were to cease trading your money is always protected.
Your ATOL protection
All our package holidays that include international flights from the UK are booked through suppliers who are fully ATOL bonded so you have the peace of mind of having full ATOL protection. Ground based holidays with no flight or that include rail or ferry do not need to be ATOL protected, please ask about your protection when booking. Package Travel Regulations
The Package Travel Regulations are in place to protect customers money in the event of insolvency. Updated regulations were put in place on 1st July 2018. You can find out more about the travel regulations here
