1) LAST MINUTE MAY BANK HOLIDAY / SUMMER HOLIDAYS:
If you have simply not had time to book a well-deserved break for the late May bank holiday weekend, half term or the summer, don’t panic! There’s plenty of great holidays and deals to be had. Just let me know your plans and I will do the rest while you sit back and focus on all the other important things.

2) MILLIONS OF BRITS DON’T KNOW PASSPORT RULES. DO YOU?
Under post-Brexit rules, passports must have been issued less than 10 years before the date you enter the country and, separately, must be valid for at least three months after the date you plan to leave. The only EU country the rules don’t apply to is Ireland.
But the rules DO apply to some non-EU destinations: Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino and Vatican City. It’s always best to check passport rules with the Foreign Office.

3) VENICE TAX: To dissuade last-minute day-trippers to the busy destination, the city of Venice has reinstated its entrance fee for day-trippers for the second year running. The fee applies to Venice day-trippers on a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday between 4 May and 27 July. For organised holidaymakers, the entrance fee will remain at €5 (£4.30) when arranged in advance. However, the cost will double to €10 (£8.60) for visitors who purchase their entrance tickets within three days of arrival.
